Studied CNDA and took many different specialised classes from 2002 to 2015.
Diploma in Regulation which is therapy for therapist in order to support and guide them in their practice.
Specialized in MEPEN therapy, which is a technique to help people acquire the tools and embodiement necessary to prepare a difficult conversation.
Workshop Facilitator diploma in 2011 in the CNDA method
Creator and teacher of Counselling courses for Flora Medicina School of herbalism since 2005 to this day and for Ikra School of massage from 2012 to 2017

I am constitently learning and growing and cultivating my own multi-dimensional health, as i believe the best helpers are those who tend to their own health and coherence.

I am at this time adding to my skills the study of Sound therapy and Embodied Neuro- affective touche psychology courses at the Embodied philosophy wisdom school, studying Polyvagual theory at the Polyvagual Institute ,On-line training in psychic mediumship with Dave Clark and Suzanne Giesemann and studying humanist hypnotherapy.

I seek regular support and receive care through my own private therapy sessions with my therapist and energy practionners, through daily meditation and my weekly singing circles.
