• Private practice as a CNDA ( creative non-directive approach)  individual and couples therapist from 2005 to now

• Studied CNDA and took many different specialized classes from 2002 to 2015. 

• Diploma in Regulation which is therapy for therapist in order to support and guide them in their practice.

• Specialized in MEPEN therapy, which is a technique to help people acquire the tools and embodiement necessary to prepare a difficult conversation.

• Workshop Facilitator diploma in 2011 in the CNDA method 

• Creator and teacher of Counselling courses for Flora Medicina School of herbalism since 2005 to this day and for Ikra School of massage from 2012 to 2017

• Studied two on-line classes with Esther Perel : Rekindling Desire and Turning conflict into Connection 

• Worked for 8 years as an assistant teacher and coach in the training of therapist in the CNDA modality at Centre de relation d'aide de Montréal 

• Workshop facilitator in self-development since 2005 offering group work around different subjects like Anger, Accepting our emotions, Body Image. Preparing currently a workshop for couples on Cultivating Connection.  

•  Mental health counsellor in a woman's shelter in Montreal from 2002 to 2015 

• Studied Shamanism with l'école de Shamanism transculturelle in Québec.

• 2 years of studies up to Intermediate level in Polarity therapy 

• EFT & TFT Tapping Practitioner Certification level 1

• Master Reiki level since 1997 

• Studied herbalism with many different teachers and schools from 1995 to 2005.

• Teacher of herbalism for many years in private groups and for Flora Medicina school of herbalism from 1995 to 2015 

• Advanced meditator and student of Joe dispenza ( Advanced week long retreat ) 

•  Founder and active healer-member of RECEIVE Authorized Coherence healing group. 

• Participated in workshops with the Personal Self-development Institute where i participated in many Holotropic breathwork sessions.

• Introduction to Polyvagal theory and applications with Deb Dana and Stephen Porges

• Beyond meditation at the Monroe Institute.
